Turn your wine collection into a real cellar, then grow your investment. I'll breathe new life into your wine cellar with cellar management, organization, and guidance. Whether you’re just getting started or already have a well established cellar, I can manage any size wine collection.


Services including but not limited to:

  • Complimentary initial consultation (15 minutes)
  • Cellar organization (design, layout, and categorization)
  • Comprehensive inventory tracking
  • Insights into drinkability windows

As a highly experienced wine consultant to the trade, I have helped restaurants, hotels and clubs choose the best suppliers, structure a profitable wine list and train staff to be knowledgeable and confident. I'll provide expert consulting on:

WINE LISTS

I'll research, create, and update your wine lists, seeking the best wines at the best prices, with the aim of complementing and enhancing your restaurant's overall offering; both impressing your clients and ultimately making you a commercial success.


I can boost your profits by crafting a wine list that not only complements your cuisine, but also entices diners to purchase more wine. I can work with you to redesign/restructure your current offerings, or to help create a new list for your restaurant featuring wines from around the world that fit with your clientele demands. 


Pricing:  Rates negotiated based on work requested

STAFF TRAINING & EDUCATION

Diners appreciate expert knowledge and advice. Staff are buoyed up by the self-confidence that knowledge brings. 


I'll create an enhanced experience for your customers by giving your staff the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate your wine list and engage with clients. 


Understanding the basics of the world’s wine regions and grapes will help them to promote and sell wine on the floor. They will also receive guidance in proper service of both still and sparkling wines. Trainings, including guided tastings that can be hosted in your establishment.


Pricing:  $50/hour* plus wine costs, minimum of two hours per session

WINE EVENTS

Consumer thirst for knowledge about wine is huge. Tutored wine tastings and themed dinners are a great way to connect with your customers and enhance your restaurant's wine values. I can help put wine tastings together with the support of your suppliers


Pricing:  $150/hour* plus wine costs, minimum of three hours per event
